The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) Atiku Abubakar, has disclosed his plans for Nigerian youths on Monday if elected president next year at the polls. The PDP flag bearer said if elected in 2023, he will empower Nigerian youth with a sum of 10 billion dollars, which he would raise from the sales of the four oil refineries in the country.
